Founded in 2018, Cat Spring Beef is a family run business located in the heart of Cat Spring, Texas where all cattle are bred, born and raised. Beginning in 2022, through a partnership with Schram Livestock pigs are bred and born and Sealy and then raised on our ranch in Cat Spring. Foundation Genetics & Family Values

Our family owns and operates a 600 head cow calf operation which serves as our source to hand select Brangus steers to be used for our Grassfed Beef Program. Selected steers are raised in the our rotational grassfed and grassfinishing pasture system. We pride ourselves on raising genetically superior cattle that produce top notch locally raised beef.

Cat Spring Beef: Pork Division is through a breeding partnership with Schram Livestock. Knowing the importance of quality genetics, we partnered with one of the premier breeders in the state of Texas. Piglets are born and raised with their mothers a few miles away in Sealy, TX. At weaning they are brought to our ranch to be pasture raised and grown out to a finish weight.
